I rent a unit, phone line and use various different services through Concept Business Centre. All of which I receive a brilliant service. Their virtual landline is brilliant for the calls I don't have time to answer and for a very good price. They log all the messages and sent me an email straight away so I don't miss anything. It's like having your very own receptionist! Their Units are solid, indoors and with 24/7 cctv and access which is always helpful and they take in deliveries for me as well. Highly recommend

Fabulous facility. We rent a storage container which is a God-send for us as we have so little storage space available at home as we live in an old central YORK townhouse and we don’t have a garage or loft storage as our loft is converted. Access is great, easy parking, very safe and secure, fairly priced, and lovely staff. 5 stars all round!!! Highly recommended.

I was making enquiries on the internet for a secure storage provider near to our new offices and found Concept Business Centre which also has a Storage arm to the centre. I contacted Jackie on the reception and found her to be very professional, polite and helpful. She provided me with all the information I required and was happy to show me the different types and sizes of secure container units available. All the units are located within a large secure building that is also covered by a state of the art CCTV system and has a controlled door entry system. The service Concept offered was perfect for my requirements and the units were exactly what I was looking for. After speaking to Pete and Jackie I had no hesitation in signing up for an initial 6 month lease immediately as I was more than happy with the size and cost of the unit. I will be using this facility for the foreseeable future. In my honest opinion Concept Business Centre offer and provide great value for money. I would recommend Concept Business Centre not only for the managed office space but for the secure, dry storage services that they offer. My experience with this company has been positive and I can’t speak highly enough of them.
