I contacted this company after seeing their work on Instagram. I could not have made a better decision! The whole team have been absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. I have communicated with Neil in particular and cannot fault his customer service at all! He replied to all my texts within minutes ALWAYS! I went for shutter blinds and one roller blind and the quality is immaculate. They are also manufactured in the U.K which is a bonus. The fitting was clean and even when we had a few minor faults in the product they were quick to pick up on this and get it fixed within less than a week! I would recommend to everyone to go with this business for their blinds as they have been exceptional! A huge thanks to the Concept team!
