GPU died on my self built pc and I replaced it with a new, rather over-priced GPU. The system however became increasingly unstable and eratic despite reinstallation of various drivers. Increasingly frustrated and at a loss I turned to Robin. We arranged for me for drop the pc over and then he went to work. After a couple of hours work testing various bits of hardware he was done. It turned out to be only a BIOS setting that needed tweaking (embarassingly but fortunately for me) but I suspect I could have been at it for days and not worked it out and as such, it was money very well spent. I should mention I was a little paranoid about leaving the pc with data with anyone "new". Robin was completely understanding and said he was happy for me to remove the hard drive and he could test the hardware without it.

Robin was great he came to pick PC up and kept me informed all the way about what was happening and returned PC around 4 hours later and so far so good no more issues I would 100% use again if needed and 100% recommend.

The man who I spoke to arrived to my house only few hours after the call to help me out with a custom pc. He had pointed out my mistake in about 20 minutes, yet offered to stick around to help me set it up for another 30 minutes for the same price. Do not sleep on this service if you need an urgent help with pc/laptop or the same-day service as the owner is very nice and responsive for one of the lowest prices out there.
