  Bought a PC from them, it ran perfectly intil the other day. It would not boot-up. Took back to them and got great service. They replaced the faulty part and I'm up and running again. Very friendly and knowlegeable crew who knew whst they doing. Great work & thank you.

  Do not buy from this place. I am entitled to a free warranty in which they gave me when I bought my pc but they are completely lying. My RAM stick had completely stopped working and when I have tried to call them for a replacement, they would say they will call me back the next day or call me back in 15 minutes yet they wouldn’t get back to me. Sometimes the phone will not even pick up. Do not buy from this place they will scam you with faulty parts

  Avoid this business at all costs. There customer services is 100% terrible. They have sold us a pc with a corrupt disk. It was agreed 3 days ago they would send a new hard drive out. Once I received this HD I would get a call and be instructed how to install the drive. I call them yesterday to ask when they dispatched the Hard Drive and they said log in on on back and send the drive back. I explained to them what was agreed they are 100% not intrested. Bar in mind this is a big Christmas present for a 12 year only girl we also pain £1200 for the drive. I would avoid this consonant at all costs they very good at taking your money but not so good at sorting out problems and customer after sales care is 0%. This review is honest and a bit of customer service of these lot would have not resulted in this review.

  Let me be very clear. You will not have a good experience purchasing a gaming PC from this company on ebay. 1. They use recycled components mass aquired from huge office blocks around the country. These are Dell, HP, Lenovo boards, ram and CPUs. 2. They will pair a graphics card with a processor that cannot handle it. E.g... i3 2100, i5 2400, i7 2600 with a GTX 1660 Super and under power it with an OEM power supply that does not have 80+ Certified Efficiency. 3. You can`t reach them on the phone. 4. Google maps shows them as non-existent. 5. All other 5 star reviews are from mostly people who work there or from their sister rip off companies. 6. They `pay` ebay to remove bad feedback 7. They spam ebay listings with hundreds of computers that advertise a powerful CPU and GPU at around £259 to enable them to get on the first page, and then only give you a menu choice for some 12 year old CPUs and a GTX 1660, and if you buy it, you will be getting ripped off to the tune of nearly £400. 8. Ultra Fast is only because they use an SSD for boot times. 9. I doubt very much everything they do is legal 10. Ebay love them because they make nearly £2,000,000 a year for Ebay, so ebay is quite happy for thousands of kids to get ripped off because their parents are clueless about gaming computers.

  Through a known auction seller site and app, I looked up buying a gaming system to focus with learning the basics of flying and the use of flying simulator 'games' (including MSFS 2020). After looking at different specialists I chose Computer Specialist Ltd. They advised on a selection of systems to cope with the graphics hungry game requirements, so I made my choice and bought with my credit card. I am very happy with their replies and advice which they gave freely. They built the system I chose (purchased in March this year). I am very happy with their computer build, delivery and messaging and would recommend them well to others. The computer system works perfectly and I am enjoying what it was built for and intended to do. Thank you!

  I brought a PC for my children s birthday firstly it went back and forth probably about 5 times then they rebuilt it and a few months down the line now it doesn’t work again. I’ve tried to call and all lines are off and emails are not getting answered. Customer service is appalling and products keep breaking down with a warranty that’s useless. Do not buy you will regret!!

  Avoid this company at all costs! I bought a gaming PC last year and from day 1 i had problems with it crashing. I sent it back and they reinstalled windows and sent it back to me, and it crashed constantly again. I sent it to them a 2nd time and they again sent it back with a fresh windows install. It kept on crashing. I complained and they said one 4 occasions that they would take the PC back, change all of the components apart from the case and send it back to me, hopefully fixing the issues. I didn't trust them to do this as they failed to fix it the previous times, so i marked the GPU, Power, HDD etc (all components) with an invisible ink UV light pen. When it was returned i checked and all the parts apart from the motherboard were NOT changed. The company promised to change all components and didnt. When i emailed them about this they told me that it was a completely new pc apart from the case. Strange how the harddrives were obviously the same as they still had all my files on. Once I told them that I had evidence that they were lying they stopped replying to me. I have emailed them again asking for some sort of response but have got nothing. ALSO, the motherboard they sent back was a worse model than the one originally ordered, with less ram slots and less USB ports, meaning that i dont have enough inputs to use my devices. I'm guessing i wont ever hear back from them again so i'll be contacting Trading Standards, as they have breached Customer Rights by lying about what they said they were going to, and had done. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.

  Ordered a PC. From Day 1 it had issues. I sent it to different PC shops to get it fixed, and also sent it back to the company twice to get diagnosed (I had to pay postage both times at £25 each). They sent it back to me twice saying there's nothing wrong with it. Ever since I bought it, it will crash randomly, even with nothing installed and nothing plugged in. I was unable to get a refund as by the time it had been returned i was out of the 30 day period for refunds. I'm now stuck with an awful PC that is completely unusable. It's currently 11am and its crashed twice already this morning. Don't use this company. Use one who actually care. Very disappointed and £600 out of pocket. Cheers Computer Specialist UK.
