Computer Repairman has helped me on two occasions. The first time my computer crashed, and their local technician, Jason, speedily fitted a new hard disc and transferred everything that could be salvaged. On the second occasion I was having security problems with my email, and Jason's colleague Dan fixed that for me. On both occasions the service was speedy, friendly, and efficient. I shall certainly go to them for help with any new problems that may occur.

This was the first time I used this service and was hugely impressed with the experience. I quickly made contact with the reception service who arranged for Jason , the local expert to ring me very soon after. After a discussion of my problem, involving lost data on a laptop, Jason came to my home and took my laptop away. He quickly advised that the data was recoverable so I gave the go ahead to the work. Within 48 hours , much to my relief, Jason gave me the recovered data on a memory stick for input into an alternative lap top. Very quick and efficient with a positive outcome from a true professional whom I would highly recommend to anyone.
