Received a sales call at my place of work. Was met with a derogatory remark regarding our Customer Service Team and not a "Hello" or "Good Afternoon" as you would expect. I spoke to our member of staff who was not expecting the call and politely relayed a message that we were not interested at this time but thank you for your call, to which Karl from CNC responded with "good for you" I know things can be misconstrued on the phone, but the whole tone of the call felt very condescending. Not the best way to try and contact new clients.

I have dealt with this company twice. Once when I started with them; I left after the first day as I hated how they were set-up. Treating their employees very badly for numerous reasons. Which they were rude after I rejected them. I worked with another company, Rocket Marketing Group, who dealt with CNC which we later got rid of as they were terrible. Putting in "Quick fixes" and bodging up the IT infrastructure of the company. So glad we got shot of them. Very delayed in service, not very professional, putting in workarounds as solutions.
