I took my laptop end of the day for a full hard drive reset and installation of Windows 11. I was able to pick it back up 3 hours later that evening with it fully working as normal and including Norton 360 antivirus software. Very reasonably priced and communicated quickly on post-care questions I had. I would recommend and use it again (hopefully not needed!)

Sent a message through yell to Computer help in the early evening and had a reply by lunch time the next day.i rang Ash to see if I could take it to him as the microphone wouldn't work and he was more than happy to have a look at my son's LapTop I took it to him and i had it back within 2 hours. Taken back to factory settings and AVG antivirus installed foc. Great service and will be recommending and returning when needed. Thanks Ash Regards Nige B Swinton
