Had a faulty laptop and did a walk-in. Given a friendly welcome and then the issue was diagnosed and explained clearly for me straight away. It turned out that the computer was fundamentally faulty so couldn’t be fixed but he was helpful and explained what I should do. Very happy because I wasn’t even charged for using his time, and even gave me a free box to return my laptop. Would definitely recommend going here because I felt like the priority was helping the customer above making money. 10/10 would go again

Battery fault on HP computer, 4m after warranty finished!!. I imagined a new battery plus installation. I meet Nasir at 11.00 and handed over the unit. By 2.30, I rec'd a call. All done, reconfigured 2 existing batteries, super now cleaned unit and all working. Collected at 4.30 and happily paid a very fair invoice. Spot on!! Thank you and best wishes Richard.
