I lost all of my data on my 10 yr old laptop. Everything appeared to be overwritten following the black screen of doom and my attempts to recover it. I didn't think any recovery would be possible. To my surprise and joy!!!!! They did it. They also loaded windows 10 from 8.1, which caused the original problem when I tried to do it. All for a very reasonable price. So very very happy, thank you, thank you, thankyou 👍👍👍👍👍
