Can't recommend this place enough. Jamie offered so much advice over the phone without wanting compensation when I was having technical difficulties. I ended up screwing up on my own (not because of his advice) badly enough where I had to take it in. Jamie chased all possible solutions and kept me updated through the entire thing. Very reasonably priced, especially as I am a Uni student.

Would absolutely recommend this computer repair shop over any other. Jamie is very professional and incredibly reliable; he kept me updated with the diagnosis of my laptop, gave me options on how he could fix it and ensured to keep me informed at all times with the progress. This really was some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen, and through my career I have had to deal with a lot of laptop repair companies, none of which compare to Jamie’s helpful and kind approach!!
