I have booked a cab, they said maximum 15 mins. After 25 mins the cab still hasnt arrived. I have called in again, they said 7 mins away. After about 10, they texted saying the driver is outside. Checking the link, the driver was 0.3 miles away. I am calling back again the company, to explain them, and when i try to explain, the lady over the phone gets offended for giving indications. 40 mins from the time ive booked a taxi, im still not in the taxi! DO NOT RECOMMEND Service: Limousines

Terrible experience. Booked a cab for 11pm to take me to the station following a wedding. Got to 11.05pm and no show so rung to find out they’d sent their 3 cabs to other jobs and discarded my booking without letting me know. Missed my train and had to pay over £100 to another cab firm to get to my end destination. Guy on the phone didn’t seem to care. Other jobs were “accounts” and clearly more lucrative than my job. Very upsetting.

Booked a return cab from the a venue at 11.30pm. They failed to show up and when i called they said sorry they had no one to send. They left us stranded in the middle of no where. Do not use!!!!
