I broke my laptop and had to have the bezel replaced. Once the part arrived from China (which took very long, but that is not the fault of Computer Being), they fixed my computer within a few hours, and it is as good as new. Customer service was great and the price for the job as well. Recommended!

Terrible service. My laptop wasn’t charging so I left it for inspection. They claimed they need to change processor and that it would costs 500£.I found it odd and said I wont be repairing it. I then took the laptop to another service and it turns out only the charging port had to be changed. However they also found screwdriver scratch marks INSIDE the laptop …. Since my computer was opened the first and only time at Computer Being before, there is no doubt the scratch marks were made by them. Now i have to pay 200£ to repair whats damaged. Very disappointing.
