Thanks a trillion saved my sanity. Blue screen of death Saturday morning, spent all weekend using my known ability and all the internet tricks to fix with no luck. Dropped it off Monday morning fearing that all my important files (I Hadn't backed up ) were lost. Got a call Tuesday morning saying it was fixed and my files had been removed from the drive.and saved. Expecting to spend the next moth restoring my files only to discovered they had been replaced on the drive for me as they were originally. The price they charged was a bargain. Thank you again.
