I always eat here when I come bluewater. We had great service from Peter who despite under a lot of pressure was amazing . He single handedly ran the service side and did it with a smile. I do hope he gets better support next time! The food was great so many thanks to the chef. We enjoyed the lunch menu and the feta dip was delicious!

Not happy at all as came here after another food establishment in bluewater was inedible. Waited at the wait to be seated sign as there was no one to be seen serving. Restaurant had 2 tables only at the time. Finally got a table, place was very well.decorated can't fault that but no background music or anything. Placed order of 2 chicken wraps. The wraps turned up soggy and lots of wet veg inside. It's a Lebanese Grill with grill being the main word. The chicken looked like it was boiled. Meat and veg put into a pre grilled wrap then microwaved the hell out of it. The wrap was soggy and fell apart. The salad on side is bland, the best part was the little bit of houmous. Left most and when asked are we not hungry or didn't like, explained its been microwaved massively and bland. Waitress said OK please pay here. A lovely £33 for basically a spoonfuls of houmous and large bottle of water. Awful. Seems this is not the first time looking at other reviews about here.

Was excited to come to this restaurant as it looks very nice inside however we stood at the entrances for ages, my mixed grill was very dry, meat is way over cooked. I had the cheese samboussek and one was filled with cheese the other had no cheese in. My partner had the wrap that was filled with water veg and soaked the wrap. The chips was the best thing about this meal. The drinks are luke warm, no ice was offered and also basics like ketchup and salt. We had to get up 3 times to go ask for things and also got up to go pay in the end as the bill never arrived. They were also under staffed and we were told that they are busy and if we wait long it is what it is.
