I recently had a CPR session delivered by Luke and would highly recommend; as a paramedic he's really knowledgeable and he has a lot of credibility. Luke does a great job of teaching you the techniques and then lets you get plenty of practice (with further instruction) in on the dummies so that you can come away confident that you'd know what to do in an emergency.

I attended a CPR course run by Luke and it was great! He was a great teacher who answered all of our queries knowledgeably and thoroughly. We practiced CPR and how to use a defib, and he made us feel very confident in using our new skills if we ever have to. Would thoroughly recommend.

I attended the CPR & Defib course yesterday run by Luke, I thoroughly recommend this, it was well run and covered both theory and hands on experience. I hope I'll never have to use it but it gives you the confidence and the knowledge if needed to maybe save a life. I think it's something everyone should do! Thank you Luke.
