I first used CC about 6 years ago when they did my shower room floor. They not only did an excellent job but at a considerably better price than the other quote i got from a company no longer in business replacing a previously badly installed floor and which has only just needed some attention.It was when they were here to do that repair that i decided to have the old ground floor laminate replaced which was not only tatty but just as badly installed as the shower room floor.Because i knew the quality of their work i didn,t even bother looking elsewhere and have no regrets as they have done an excellent job and had a good laugh with John and Andrew at the same time. A fantastic service from beginning to end, Jason was very knowledgeable about the wood flooring and helped us to chose the right one to suit our home. The floor was laid perfectly by John and Andrew, amazing job. Finished to a first class standard rather than working to a time limit. We felt very comfortable leaving them in our home whilst we were out. We will certainly be asking them back to replace our carpets upstairs. Fitted our vinyl floor last year and completely ruined the skirting. It took three months for them to start to try and repair the damage. The repairs lasted weeks and still leaves me with a terrible looking flooring. Please avoid especially as they use a variety of subcontractors. COURT AGREED MAJORITY OF SKIRTING HAD TO BE REPLACED. HARDLY A VICTORY. See pictures of terrible workmanship on Facebook's 'Britain's worst Businesses' then decide.
