They invited me to take part in their Beta Trial and it was so much fun. I loved building my profile (I learnt what hair porosity was!) and then I opted to try a shampoo and blow out. My therapist was lovely, arrived at my house on time and did a great job. She even bought a specific conditioner that was good for high porosity hair based on my profile which I thought was nice attention to detail. Payment was all done through the app... I'll be using this again once it's officially live!
