    Love this place! Don't feel intimidated by other users, the building is really cool so ou don't overheat, and it's cheap and cheerful. The staff service is out of this world. They spend lots of time (hours!) with you helping you reach your goals. Perfect for terrified gym novices like me. Highly recommend for all ages.

    I ❤ this place, so unusual with its Egyptian art, high ceilings and large windows to view the sky. A range of machines, sauna and my favorite a toning tables room. It's not crowded so a relaxing environment to exercise and chill out. Way fabulous✨

    12 months ago, I was absolutely an anti-fitness/gym or any form of exercise kind of person. I'd tried gym memberships in the past but never carried them on for more than a month or so at a time! However, having experienced a slipped disc during maternity leave for my second son in 2017 I decided I needed to take hold of the reigns. They say it takes 3 weeks to form a habit so I signed up with Complexions for 6. I gave myself time to give it a proper go and promised myself that if after 6 weeks it wasn't working, fitness just wasn't for me. Now, 10 months on I wish I'd started years ago!! It wasn't easy by all means but the more I went, the more I fell in love with the feeling after a workout! Sanj helped immensely (which he still continues to do) and classes that I glared through the window watching, (convinced that I could never do) are now essential in my week. I love it! I can see results, I'm in a better place physically and mentally as well as energised and wanting more. Classes here are fab and everyone is so friendly. Parking is free after 5.30pm (weekdays) so that suits my working life perfectly. Don't wait - join in a trial period and I can vouch that you will last :)
