I worked with Complex Creative on building a website for Axewoods Co-operative, a not-for-profit volunteer organisation. I only managed the project. Instead of throwing random ideas, Complex Creative listened to the brief, challenges, the pitfalls of the old website and the organisation's objectives. They then produced a coherent response with the solution, which addressed the objectives and concerns. Throughout the project, they listened to the feedback, and instead of just going ahead with what the client wants, they explained why we should go with their suggestions, and they were correct. It is so important to have an agency that you can collaborate with rather than just an agency that does what they're told. We are very please with the final result, and the organisation will now continue to use them on an ongoing basis.
