Had a very good experience recently with this company firstly with Andy at the Worcester Kawasaki branch who arranged a test ride and then went through the various options to purchasing a bike then with Jez at Kawasaki Staverton again couldn't do enough for you arranging another test ride on a different spec machine , explained all the different options to purchase the machine and answered the numerous questions I asked of him. Why can't all bike dealers provide this level of service! So thankyou guys I was most impressed.

Fantastic customer experience from Steve at Completely Motorbikes Yamaha, Staverton. I purchased a new Yamaha R7 from them recently, I wasn't put under pressure at any point and Steve was incredibly accommodating to my requirements. Come pick up day, the heavens opened and wouldn't close. Steve kindly offered to arrange delivery of the bike - same day, no extra charge! Saving me a lot of hassle and risk having to ride it home. Ashley delivered the bike to me only a few hours later, fantastic service from both. Overall really professional outfit, would certainly recommend talking to the chaps from the Yamaha outfit if you're in the market for a new bike.
