    Sales chap, Robbie Bailey made an old lady very happy! Lol. Having driven a Citroen Pluriel (that item of PURE MOTORING CLASS, the EPITOME of STYLE) for 16 years (surely Citroen should give me some sort of award???), its electrics finally died on me. A Vitara was recommended to me and I tracked down an AWD ex-demonstrator which I took delivery of yesterday! Yay! A car with more grunt than a pork pie! A car that ACCELERATES. A car with functional suspension so I no longer feel like I am sitting on a giant cactus. Amazing. A car that doesn't look like its falling apart. Progress. Super service - no hard sell and not rude about the Pluriel (well, not to my face!). I am yet to put the aftercare service to the test (be prepared for the inevitable email list of "how do I do this?" and "where's that?") but overall this is a nice, relaxed place to go where Robbie took away much of the purchase-anxiety! Thank you :)

    Joe at completely Suzuki made the whole process super easy. There was no waiting around bored in the showroom (unlike Toyota who seem to take 3 hours to be able to do anything). Even my dad (who was my transport for the day) was happy and he hates car shopping. Joe gave great advice and clearly knows about cars which surprisingly few sales people seem to do. Not only did he go out of his way to make sure the car left the dealership in perfect condition, but it was even delivered to my house as he knew I was in a hurry. The whole experience left me feeling happy that I made the right decision and that I could trust Suzuki as a brand and this garage in particular.
