We recently had our windows fitted by Daniel and team. We had a really good experience all the way through, from visiting the showroom to the fitting day. Both Daniel and Pippa had a lot of knowledge to share and they were patient with all my questions, taking time to explain all the features and choices. They were not pushy either with trying to sell specific items/features but listened to what we wanted. The showroom is very well presented, you can get a better understanding of the materials and the impact of choosing louvres with different widths. We are glad we visited, it really helped informed our final choice! Before fitting day, I realised our old victorian windows had some issues. Daniel was kind enough to send his fitter to check the windows before installation to check whether any modifications were needed and on installation day he was able to make good all the issues with a perfect installation. Since then, we've had no problems and the light into the room has brightened our home. Thanks Daniel, Pippa and Dave! Very pleased and hope to be back again later in the year with my Mum. She is also looking for new shutters and I'll be recommending you all to her as well as to other family and friends!

Great service and quality of product. Highly recommended with excellent communications with Dan and the wider team. The USP here vs. other suppliers I received quotes from is a temporary blackout blind solution to tide you over until the shutters arrive as it’s a fairly long lead time. Whilst fiddly to keep putting up and down they do the job very well and once they’re stuck in place they won’t fall down. Once you order your shutters and pay the deposit they arrive within a couple of days. Shutters themselves are quality with plenty of choice of width and opening/closing mechanisms. Now looking at other windows for future orders!

Complete and utter scam. If you're reading this go through the reviews and every so often you'll find ones like mine. These people are utterly dishonest, will take your money, sign the contract and RUN AWAY. 2 YEARS we have waited for the shutters to be done outside lockdown time. It took them a year just to get half of the work done. Now they have blocked my landline and my brother's number from their list but getting them to do anything is impossible. They don't respond, don't call back, don't provide any solution or even the money back. I truly truly believe that the 5 star reviews are bought because this company is utterly terrible and just a scam. DO NOT TRUST OR USE THIS COMPANY GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

Highly recommend. They have fitted my whole 3 bedroom house front with shutters, as well as dads house and the quality of blinds, finish and fitting was exceptional and very competitively priced. But more importantly the team are so very helpful, quick to respond and lovely to work with. Even a few years after fitting, they replaced a couple of slats that my dog had broken with no fee. What a service and friendly team! Thank you 🙏
