Got 3 keys cut at the Romsey branch- none of them worked, after going back and getting them re-done a number of times, still without success, my partner went in and asked for a refund. She was accused of lying, told she was trying to steal from them and that the keys cost much less than I paid- despite having a receipt! It turns out I was over charged for four keys (instead of the three I got- their receipts are not itemised) and the owner refused to even acknowledge there could possibly have been a mistake- "it's impossible". Appalling customer service! The key I got cut at Timpson works perfectly!! 1 star is too much but unfortunately 0 isn't an option!

Having just bought a new property with a multitide of locks of various ages, several without keys, I was extremly grateful for the advice provided by Complete Security. A replacement lock was supplied that required a minimum of wood working to fit. Also the key cutting was fast and accurate.
