Very disorganized and inefficient! During the tenancy they don't help fixing any existing issue in the apartment. Same thing after, they are holding up my deposit for 50gbp of rusted items that I removed (removal approved by email). Rented several apartments in London and this was by far the most incompetent agency.

Seen similar reviews. With problems of getting deposits back. Nearly been two months and still haven’t received the amount of deductions, as apparently the landlord doesn’t have a time frame to agree with the amount. Never heard of this before. Also took several emails and numerous phone calls to even get a reply. Moved out of a apartment on the 27th July and still waiting. Just unprofessional and no care in the world for people waiting for their money to be returned. Can only edit this review, as it’s been 8-9 months now. No sign of any money being returned, so I wonder who has kept it? Absolutely disgraceful. Company’s should not be allowed to run this way

I demand to be assigned to someone other than Yosra Fahmy immediately. Her unprofessionalism and incompetence have caused me immense frustration and inconvenience. She has continuously bombarded me with emails regarding an outstanding balance that has already been paid. Moreover, I applied for maintenance services due to a blocked sink, but she failed to send anyone for more than a week knowing that I am unable to use the bathroom sink!! When I reached out to her, she simply directed me to contact my property manager without providing any helpful solutions. And claimed that she was waiting for my confirmation even though she replied on the 15th that she ‘’will instruct a contractor to rectify the issue’’ This is unacceptable behaviour and I will not tolerate it any longer. I expect to be reassigned to a competent and responsible representative who can address my concerns promptly and efficiently.
