We now know that when we bring an issue to her attention, she will be on top of it, even if it takes some time. That wasn't always the case with our property manager, but we have been very happy with the way Jodie is handling our rental.

My property Manage Reni, contacted me to inform me that, after a contractual annual audit, it became clear that we were not receiving the current market rental rate for that area. We had a few discussions on this and we listened to the professional advice given. In less than 48 hours the tenant had been contacted, the situation explained to them and the rent readjusted to match current market rates. All communications were carried out in an extremely prompt, professional and efficient manner. My wife and I can highly commend Reni for her endeavours in alerting us to and closing this matter.

My experience with Jessica Avalos as an estate agent was extremely disappointing. Her lack of communication and poor service left me feeling unsupported and frustrated. Her responses were consistently last-minute, causing unnecessary stress and uncertainty. Additionally, her overall level of service was subpar, with delays and misunderstandings. I would not recommend Jessica as an estate agent due to her lack of professionalism and accountability. Due to Jessica's shortcomings, I was left without a flat to move into, causing significant inconvenience and financial strain. As someone who had recently relocated from another country, this was an incredibly stressful situation that could have been avoided with proper communication and diligent service.

V unprofessional behaviour from Complete manager Jessica Jimenez. She changed her statement so many times while returning our tenancy deposit. She is trying her best to deduct the money from different ways. Not happy the way they treated end of tenancy. Submitting this review might help other tenants who are living under complete. Please make sure you keep record of everything because they will try and lie every possible way. Specially this lady Jassica v rude and unprofessional lady.

Horrible experience with them while getting your deposit back. It has been nearly 2 months that our tenancy ended with them and still they have not given back my deposit. Our property manager Jessica has been highly unprofessional just trying to deduct maximum deposit from us. Once we got to an agreement on the cost of deductions, she said that it did not include the labour charges so now you will have to wait further days to get a new quote. What kind of professionalism is this? If you are giving a quote for a repair without mentioning that labour will be extra then it means that it includes all costs. It seems like that they just want to deduct maximum deposit money so be careful everyone because once you agree to some amount they will come back and say that it is not the correct one and we will add more.

Very bad experience at the end of tenancy. They are very sweet when you sign a tenancy agreement with them but you you get a very different face at the end of it when you have to get your deposit back. It has been nearly 2 months that I have ended a tenancy with them and left the property still they have not given back my deposit. They put on so many charges to be deducted from your deposit that nearly half of your deposit will go into deductions then when you fight back as these charges are excessive and unnecessary then after so many days and emails they accept it and remove half of the charges. And for the charges that you accept, once you agree on it they will say oh no it did not include labour charges. What kind of professionalism is this? If you are giving a quote for a repair without mentioning that labour will be extra then it means that it includes all costs. It seems like that they just want to fill their pockets with the deposit money if you don't fight for it. I am seriously loosing my mind now with continuous emails just to get my deposit back.
