Under the Package Travel Regulations, when a holiday is cancelled by the operator, the customer is entitled to a full cash refund within two weeks. This company however are making me wait a year before I can get my money back, so thousands of pounds of my money can keep them afloat.

Brilliant tour operator. They arranged a fly drive 3 week tour for us In 2015. We had some special requests as it was my wifes 50th and they more fulfilled our requirements. They are not the cheapest but are definitely value for money if you want a seamless good quality trip with excellent local knowledge. I highly recommend them. (Handy hint: book your extras like helicopter rides or horse riding with CNA, we did and discovered that we saved a bunch compared to those who booked locally).
