My husband had a severe brain injury following a road traffic accident in 2019 . He started with complete Neuro rehab in September 2020 and was then in a wheelchair with a right sided weakness . The whole team have been amazing and he has progressed so far . He can now mobilise around the house unaided and they have worked relentlessly on his mobility , balance and right sided weakness especially his right hand . We have had very difficult times over the last three years but complete neuro rehab have supported us and encouraged us and and have adapted Adrian’s plan to suit changing needs . They always think outside the box to make the rehab more relevant such as walks up Clent and a visit to the golf range to work on balance ! Every staff member is approachable and friendly but also extremely professional and knowledgable . Nothing is too much trouble ! Absolutely fantastic team !! Thankyou all so much !!

I had a spinal cord compression at level T5/T6 on the 26th of April 2021 following a growth on my spine. In a nutshell, I spent time at Russell's Hall Hospital, had an emergency operation to drain and remove the abcess at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham and then transferred to The Robert Jones & Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital in Oswestry for rehabilitation. I was eventually sent back home on the 25th of October 2021. Six months in hospital but with a promise that I would get intensive physiotherapy by the NHS in the community. To say that I am very unhapy with the NHS is an understatement!I had two sessions by the NHS Community Physiotherapy Team at The Corbett Hospital after which I was taken aside and told that they could not help me any longer due to their lack of equipment and resources! I was at this stage still immobile, without any feeling and completely bed bound. I hought to myself that I could not commit myself to bed for the rest of my life and decided to search out private practises that may be able to help me. That's when I came across Compete Neuro Physio in Amblecote. I gave them a ring. The proprietors of Complete Neuro Physio are David and Linsey Swinburne. Following my call, Linsey visited me at home. She carefully looked at my disabilities and concluded that her company could indeed help me. The cost of the sessions are £70 per hour plus I had to use a wheelchair taxi to get to them as I couldn't get in or out of a car, so each session cost me about £100 per day (one hour). I initially agreed to two sessions per week. A lot of money, but money fabulously spent. In the short time I have been with them, they have taught me: 1.To ditch the full-lift that I had to use. 2. Get up and out of bed unaided. 3. Use a frame to get about. 4. Find confidence in myself and that I am NOT destined to spend the rest of my life in bed! 5. I am now learning how to climb stairs! Don't get me wrong, 90% of the work I put in is of my own doing. The staff at Compte Neuro Physio are there to guide me, push me and motivate me. I have come on leaps-and-bounds thanks to them. The team there are absolutely fantastic and I strongly recommend them. Thanks to Linsey & David, David, Aneta and Emma.
