Extremely poor customer service, no communication from the part of the company at all, constantly emailing and calling to get any answers, movers themselves had not been told by boss it was a move to a second floor flat with no lift, and microwave was damaged during the move. Movers needed help bringing the boxes into the flat, which I tried to help with, but I ended up worsening existing pain disorders and disabilities. Had to pay an extra £50 on the day for a few more boxes “than quoted”, when an exact number of boxes was never asked for. When reporting the damage to our microwave, was told it was our fault for not packaging it correctly, and we are liable for the damage. A joke from start to finish, and an experience that has left me permanently injured as a result.
