We booked a holiday to stay at Harbour View 4 in Gosport through Complete Holiday Homes, but our circumstances were most unexpected changed when my daughter contracting COVID-19 with just days before we were due to go. Complete worked hard to arrange an alternative booking at the very last minute, but also to facilitate a full refund (minus a small admin charge as I booked through a third party site). I really appreciated all their help as a team and will certainly look to arrange another holiday through them. Please kindly pass on my thanks to all at Complete who have all been stars. Their help, understanding and professionalism throughout has been really appreciated.

I had booked a holiday home for November 20. Due to Covid there was a very high chance I would not be able to use the home as we are greater than 6 guests. Ken and his company have been so professional and kind and refunded the full amount. Another company (i will not name) was no where near this considerate and that booking was in April when we were in complete lockdown. Thankyou Ken and team and i will hopefully be able to use your house in future.
