We had windows fitted. The salesperson is very good, until it comes to delivering on any promise. It was delayed… twice… and nearly two months late, then only one fitter instead of two. When one of the panes of glass was marked it took 3 months and the threat of legal action before they replaced it. The owners seem confused over which customer complaint they are dealing with… are there that many??? Avoid if you can.
