I am very satisfied with Complete Formations. Use their services for registering my company and also the service for company registered address. They haven't missed forwarding me any mail. Especially they have taken special care for some urgent matters that had tight deadline to respond. I have spoken with Leon and his colleague on the phone and opposite to some of the negative comments here, they were always very kind and helpful. Usually it is sufficient to write them an email and they will reply in 24h. In short, I would recommend the services that Complete Formations provide, especially if you are registering business outside UK.

Overall Experience was bad because Leon the owner was rude on multiple occasions. He takes your issues as a personal attack on him which makes it difficult to fix the problem. Ultimately you just want your problem fixed, you are asking a question. Positives are that the company formation feature is cheap and fast I would recommend this. I would not recommend using the Mayfair address as a business address. If you want to be visible on Google. The price is cheap but Google have changed their guidelines. So give Google Business a call first before you purchase it. If you don't want to be visible on Google. This is a reasonable price and location for a business address. Sadly the owner Leon's customer service was not great. His assistant Lucy was helpful. However when it came to certain issues only Leon could resolve it.
