Please be aware of this company I’ve ordered my steel 4 weeks ago still waiting.They are quick to take your money but no updates on then you will get your steel and doesn’t answer the phone.they also run another company called Essex steel in Ipswich and make sure you read the small print on the quote they don’t do refunds your money will be used towards other people steel .won’t use them again the salesman Dariusz Kaznowski promise me that I will get my steel in two weeks . Now my project has come to a hold

Ordered a steel beam 4 weeks ago, was told could have delivery within 2-3days, we said That a week would be great, was given 7 different delivery slots and times but only once we contacted them. They never kept us updated until the day they actually delivered! They never answer the phones and only answer WhatsApp messages, lots of excuses of why they couldn’t deliver, on the 7th day of delivery, beam arrived at 7:40pm driver very apologetic and helpful getting beam into the garden….. All in all I wouldn’t massively recommend using this company unless you have time to wait.

Steels paid for in full and ordered promised delivery date 6 times still not arrived avoid this company at all cost they do not answer the phone only text saying they will be delivered and they never arrive atrocious customer service and fake promises. Unable to contact them to get my money back so will have to spend more money to go through legal action

My husband ordered steel from here 2 weeks ago. They said 7-10 days delivery and still haven’t delivered or contacted us about delivery. We pursued them a number of times as our building project is on hold awaiting the steel and they were incredibly rude and are now ignoring us. Very poor service. Would avoid paying them until you actually have your product! As it stands, we are £500 down and nothing to show for it Update: we received the steel eventually. They promised us mid week, then end of week, then Monday, then Tuesday and we finally got it on Wednesday. Hardly any communication from them about this - they only told us cos we chased them as per my original review (without responses on a number of occasions - I called 50 times one morning). Lead time says 5-7 days and we got it on the 13th day with no proactive communication from them. The only saving grace was the original sales guy, Andy, who hand delivered in the end. When they did deliver, they sent the wrong sized post anyway. We didn’t even bother trying to organise a new one given the joke of a service we had so far. We also received demands to take down this review, which doesn’t reflect well on the culture of the firm.
