Booked a viewing for a house, nobody showed up, phone them to ask if someone is still coming and person on the phone was very rude saying what viewing? Said they have tried to phone me day before to tell me that my viewing has been cancelled, the faniest thing is, I've phone them the day I had my viewing to confirm I'm coming and they said all good. Horrible agency, unprofessional people working there, doesn't care about customers.

ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL AGENCY! Phone them about house to book a viewing and been told that landlord is fixings something and as soon as it's done they will book viewing for me, no phone call back and just seen house has been rented to somebody else... This is the second time it happened to me with this agency. They saying they will phone you back to book a viewing and then the property is go.

Absolutely unprofessional, poor customer service. Friday Week ago I call to book viewing, agency confirmed 14:15 today, 11:00 on viewing day they called me to inform that viewing is available 12;45, I did told that it’s short notice and my partner will do viewing at 14:15 as she had email and txt message with viewing confirmation. When my partner arrived she wait 30 minutes nobody came, and nobody bother to even contact her. When she called agency they told her that I did change viewing hour. Poor communication, poor customer service.

Recently moved into one of their advertised apartments. Amazing service. I had a tight schedule to maintain due to work but Chloe one of their negotiators was willing to help. She managed to arrange a viewing for me the following day after my enquiry and helped me start my referencing application the same day. Throughout the process she answered all of my emails within a couple of hours, I never had to wait more than a day for a response. Absolutely amazing service!

Bought a gorgeous property through Complete (Esther Moulding) back in 2020. Esther was fantastic! Couldn't recommend her and Complete more highly. It's been more than two years and I am still singing her praises. I have also recommended Complete (and Esther) to a friend who is looking to buy in the area.
