    While helping a few folks out with small IT matter I have often referred them to CCSW for hard drive upgrades to SSDs. This upgrade involve transferring all the data to a new SSD and replacing the HDD inside the laptop. This upgrade costing about £100 to £150 reinvigorates the system and make it perform better than when new. All the upgrades have been successful and folks have reported how helpful the staff are at CCSW. They also have some refurbished laptops for same and have an interesting mini-museum of older IT systems and equipment.

    Called into day to enquire if it was possible to repair the business lap top suffering from a broken screen. I left the laptop and by the time I returned to my business a phone call from them to say it had been fixed. All I have to say about complete computer is beyond fantastic service and to find a company so eager and efficient to keep another business running, deserves all the credit it receives.     Brought my Laptop to 'Complete Computing'as it was showing just a grey screen on start up.I wasn't very confident that it could be fixed,but Colin knew exactly what the problem was and within three days it was ready to collect having had the screen replaced,'windows'updated,and given a thorough clean up to 'As New'condition.The cost, £70 I consider more than fair.I have always found the staff there extremely helpful,knowlegeable and approachable . I wouldn't go anywhere else.

    Used C C three times in the past 2 weeks. The 2 purchases I made were similar in price to Internet prices, one was actually quite a bit cheaper, both goods were quality items, very pleased. My most recent visit was a printer issue. Very helpful, knowledgeable, you're not treated like your stupid and wasting their time, and always cheerful. Very happy with the outcome.
