    This company is unbelievable. Firstly they sent out a previously used item then after numerous calls and eventually speaking to one of three managers to complain I was assured it would be delivered on Saturday. I was told I would receive a 15% discount. I agreed to continue with the order. Here we are Saturday - it has not arrived. I called the shop speaking to the person I had previously spoken to on numerous occasions - guess what it’s not coming !!! I spoke to yet another manager and now I am waiting for refund After previously been told that my refund would take 3 - 5 working days it’s now going to be a couple of hours. The young man I have spoken to and his supervisor Vicky have the worst attitude ever. - I was made to feel that I was a bother to them. Billy one of the managers promised me the delivery today She is off spoken to another manager. I don’t know how big this company is but the number of staff that need training in customer services Complete care. More like don’t care !!

    A huge thank you to all the team at the Complete Care Shop i.e. Antonietta, Vicki, Dylan, Grace, Matt – who are all an absolute pleasure to deal with. Given that the Complete Care Shop is a mail order company online only (i.e. no showroom), this team did a sterling job in liaising with myself, their supplier, courier (DPD), Hereford depot and Preston warehouse in respect of the item that I ordered. They have been very accommodating to the justified feedback which I gave during and after the sales process. I would highly recommend the Complete Care Shop on the effort, flexibility, discretion and decorum displayed by this fantastic team!

    Ordered from complete care in April they didn’t deliver everything saying there’s stock shortages.. we agreed to wait for a bit. After a month we thought that this is taking way too long so asked for a refund. They said they would but we are still waiting, this is a complete joke

    Not exactly 100% happy with their timing between dispatch and delivery time my order date & payment via a friend was done on 31st May 2022 I've had to phone the company quite a few times to chase it up and they still cant give me a straight answer to when its being delivered really not happy and told them I was sleeping on the floor on a mattress.

    Shocking customer service! Ordered an item which was then not sent and I had to chase. No response to emails and when I called it took ages for the call to be answered. Once I got through they promised dispatch in 2-3 days. 3 weeks later I called again only to be told that the item is no longer available and they would refund within 72 hours. What if I didn’t call. Were they just planning to keep my money. I will not use again!
