    Having used this company for a number of years i feel so let down by Chris. Eventually i had too threaten court action too receive the money i had paid in advance for my part! i am aware the company have changed premises but i have always maintained contact myself which they clearly do not! emails can be supplied if requested! Personally i would never use this company ever again, which is reflected by other users! There must be other and better companies out there?

    After using Complete Caravan Services for some years for hiring a caravan over the F1 weekend, we experienced appalling customer service this year. We were accused of damaging the toilet, which we knew was untrue. They held back our deposit until they eventually 5 days later confirmed that as we already knew, there was no damage to the toilet whatsoever. They ignored emails and calls, which is simply a failure of the very basics of customer service. I really think Lenka needs to go on some refresher training on customer service. Disappointing to say the least especially considering we were a returning customer.
