After reading encouraging reviews on Google I decided to give these people a go. Gave them a call explaining the issues I had with my dog to see if it was something they could help with, they said that they could and a appointment was made, after the telephone call I felt very encouraged that I was going to the correct place. On the day shortly after my arrival I realised it's not going to be the case. After the first 20 minutes of filling out contact information for both my wife and I for which we felt were very personal questions we then moved on to why we were there. We gave, when given the chance an explanation to our dog's behaviour, then that's when things started to rapidly go downhill for the next 1 hour we were both patronised and belittled on the way we had been with our dog, and when we challenged the things that they said and not in an aggressive manner I might add we were told to shut up and listen to the advice they were giving to us. During this time my dog was just pacing around looking for something to do as it was in a strange environment and started to get very stressed as she was picking up the tone of the trainers and all they told me was my dog is a stressed dog. We were told not to give our dog any interaction while she was doing this and to leave her as is. Towards the end of the 90 minutes we noticed they were starting to clockwatch and could tell that they were trying to wrap the session up, at this point I tried to ask the questions that I couldn't during the session and I was told that the session was over and they had to attend to their own dogs to which one of the trainers said they had left in their van while they were attending to us. I was asked for my £45 fee which I didn't dispute as it was prearranged. So during my 90 minutes with these trainers our pet did not receive any training whatsoever or ourselves. After returning home I called some other trainers who said that our treatment was unacceptable and due to the nature of our pets behaviour we should not have travelled to their site and a trainer should come to our home for initial training. Following advice from other trainers I now believe that I made the wrong choice by going with these trainers but more disappointingly it after was my initial call with them to explain my situation they still allowed me to come and then still took my money from me without doing any training, especially only telling me what I already knew for which many things they said was the reason I was there in the first place. There is a lot more I can add to this review however I believe my main points have been made. When reading reviews I have always had an open mind to the context of what the reviewer is saying and myself have never left a review before but I felt strongly about leaving this one and I have reviewed in an honest way. Please consider this when looking for a trainer for yourself and take in your pets needs to select the type of training that your pet deservedly needs.
