Very arrogant. Don’t have a fixed price charged double for a diverter valve motor compared to online prices and gave me a typed up receipt not a price programmed receipt with the product detail. They take advantage if they know you are desperate for the part as I went to him on the Saturday when most of the places were shut. Asked them about the return policy and they said no return and hand writ on the receipt that it is not returnable even though they do have return policy in place for customers as he accidentally said that the online prices are cheap because you can’t return them but then when I said you just said that you don’t take returns and he shut up.
