Highly recommended. The team at CompFoxAid were responsive, knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish. My laptop had been overheating and losing battery power quickly. Their quick diagnosis found the issues and they returned the laptop within 48 hours. So far so good. And even if the problem reappears, they have given a 3 month warranty on the work (which I hope I won’t have to use). What impressed me most was the level of communication on WhatsApp and by phone, especially when we discovered that their emails were not coming through to my work email address. Price seemed reasonable and the collection/delivery service make the whole experience much easier. Thank you!

I needed the speakers and power port replaced on my laptop. Service was prompt and reasonably priced. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is that they tried to insist I give them the password to my computer, even though the repairs I wanted could be done without running a full check. They were very insistent I give them the password to my laptop, even though I have confidential information on my laptop, and I had to refuse several times. Anyway eventually they were able to do the repairs as I asked.
