Was in desperate need of some trailer spares. Used the directions on google to find. The cleaner opened the door and said the business owners were not in and were at work….very confused as I thought compass trailers was their work…left empty handed. Will not recommend to others and will use other businesses that actually operate Monday to Friday 9-5

Rented a PRG Pro Line tilt-deck trailer from Compass Trailers today to take one of my cars to the tuners. The whole process of renting this trailer was faultless! Very friendly and helpful owners made it a breeze! The trailer itself was in very good condition and very well maintained. Professional, helpful, the boat trailer was in tip top condition, tyres spot on, fully adjustable four wheel, with 6 banks of rollers, drove really well behind my Mondeo. Couldn't recommend Compass trailers enough. And only £100 for the day. 17:30 Saturday til 08:30 Monday.

Tried to deal with and buy a trailer since July 2022, no further forward, when i did chase them up I was then told it was my fault for not chasing them up, this when i was told by them that they were getting back to me, going elsewhere for trailer purchase. Clearly do not need the business.
