    People need to know this is a website that takes 35% or more of what you pay before they offer the job on an app.. to people who provide man with services. 1. They don’t tell us what is involved and what needs to be moved. 2. They blame the “man with a van” if you complain and take money out of the money they owe. They pay very little to them from what you paid them. 3. You need to look on Facebook as the “man with van” will only take the job on if it’s worth while. 4. The “man with a van” has costs to pay for that the money they offer doesn’t cover. The costs are: time on the job, insurance for the van, cost of running the van, and other people wages if you need extra people. Liability insurance, fuel, time travelling to the job. Do not use this website or any other sites like this and contact the man with a van directly and you will get a better service as it will be worth while and without any deductions from the wages. They have no contact number and for the customer and the driver that just tells you how much these people take the £&::s

    Worst company and service ever. I have booked a man with a van a month ago for today (20/05 at 9am) that they accepted and pre paid as well the full amount. I wanted to make sure I will empty my flat on time as the land road needs to move in asap. I have made the above clear and they happily took my money and committed that they will be professional and do their job. Yesterday evening (19/05) literally at 5pm, I checked my booking once more and I realized that they haven’t assigned any driver. I called them and they reassured me that I shouldn’t worry about it. My booking was for today (20/05/23) at 9-10am. They didn’t show up and didn’t bother to give me notice or anything like that and they kept dragging the whole thing out and saying that they will sent a driver by 1pm. I made it crystal clear on my emails and calls that I need to empty the place by 3pm. They cancelled 20 min ago and they had the audacity to tell me that they can’t do anything. So they took my money, let me think everything is under control, cancelled last minute (literally) and their best email was “ we will refund you in 7/11 days and we can’t do anything else about it”.

    Very horrible service and customer relationship indeed. The mover guys did not want to move our items even the items are already listed and passed to them before they move our stuff in our house. Customer service was unhelpful too. They have tried to charge the same fee if they arrange an another delivery. Absolutely, the worst experience which we hadmoving..Definetely not recommended..

    Don't book if you want a smooth move. My van never arrived, despite the company sending me a text saying my driver will be arriving in 1 hour. I was given no contact details for my driver so could not check what was going on, instead I had to wait around for 3 hours and eventually had to book another van through a different company for an extra £50. There is no contact number for the company so you can't reach out to them for support. Instead you have to fill out a form and just hope they will respond to you. Really disappointed with the service I received, and this made an already stressful move even worse. Will not be rebooking.

    Terrible Service, I booked a large van and 2 people to do the job, and once they got there halfway through the job, they said I had to pay extra £40 cash "in hand and no tax" and £10 cash for congestion charge which I already paid online with my booking because it was to much for them and they wouldn't carry on otherwise. At that point I had to pay because I did not have choice. I emailed and spoke on the phone to the company to explain what happen, and the Company got in touch with the driver who told them that I tip them because I was happy with the Service, which I was shocked they could believe that I would complaint If would give a tip on my own decision? Their solution was to put me in contact with the driver to discuss it, which at this point I gave up, because I don't know what solution and arrangements should I find with the driver who was the person the stole my money in the first place. What a Fraud!!! Never Again, avoid this company, they steal money and they claim you tip them, Police authorities should be involved in this organisation.

    Appalling Service!!! Me and the family are in the process of moving home. Me and my wife booked and paid for a removal job via your company on the Monday 17th for today Friday the 21st of April. A confirmation email was sent and money taken to confirm the booking which was scheduled for today at 12pm lunch time. We have spent all week packing up our entire 3 bedroom home. Literally everything is boxed and bagged ready to go. Today at 11.45am, 15 MINUTES before the van was suppose to arrive we receive a call stating that the van we have booked will not arrive, they will try and get a van for 2pm later today. You can imagine, if you've ever moved what we must have been feeling? So we wait, at 1.30pm we receive another call stating they were not able to find a driver since the 18th, the day after we booked and had the job confirmed. The alarming part is no one in your company had the decency to contact us to let us know, other than 15 MINUTES before the van was due. No communication whatsoever! The customer service person we spoke to stated we can continue to look or cancel the job, I want to know on what planet is that helpful? I want to know why no one contacted us to inform us that this job could not be done? I asked to speak to a manager, I was put on hold for 20 minutes and the same woman returned pretending to be a manager. This level of customer service is absolutely unacceptable. Due to this we have not been able to move home today, Iv'e had to book a van for tomorrow with additional money due to the refund you have processed will not arrive for 7-10 days. Me and my wife have had to take the day off work tomorrow now which will result in both of us losing a days pay for unpaid leave, we planned for today and not for tomorrow which is why we booked for today's date. I have not experienced such poor customer service ever, 0 compassion, understanding or effort to resolve or compensate us for completely ruining what should have been an exciting day for me and my family. I would like an explanation and for you to acknowledge and take accountability for this shambles.

    Missed the reviews. To my cost. My driver never showed up. He is not answering his phone. Company complaints is an online automated service that gives no feedback. Utter joke. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

    I had the absolute worst customer experience with this company. The driver whose name was Roger showed looked at the number of boxes and said I am not going to do this and left. I am supposed to vacate today and all my belonings were in the yard waiting to be loaded. I have never met a worse individual. He actually laughed at my predicament. Just as bad wen I tried to reach a customer support representative to report the incident it is impossible. This company does not seem to pre-vet any of its drivers so you may get some cowboys. The guy I got seemed shiftless. I am now scrambling to find a driver.
