Bought chrome towel rail, it stopped working after 8 months. They are trying to tell me that it was not installed by a professional so the warranty is not valid. It was installed by a professional and worked for 8 months. I have sent numerous emails but they will not budge. My advice do not buy from this company it’s a tin pot operation.

***** FIVE STAR SERVICE ***** I've purchased a couple of heated towel rails from Company Blue this year....I got the measurements for one of them completely wrong but they were happy to replace the item with no quibbles. Excellent customer service and I'm very happy with the quality of the goods I purchased. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again :-)

On Google reviews I believe that there some unfair comments about a company. But after dealing with many companies in renovating properties. Company Blue LTD were very helpful. There product was the best priced on the market. Lastly the people that work there went out there way to help me collect the item on the weekend even though they are not open for business. Highly recommend these guys. Thank you again.
