My little angel Manchego had passed away recently after living up to his life expectancy and my heart was distraught. I knew I didn’t have it in me to create a burial place in my parent’s garden and I was hoping to cremate him to plant him into a plant pot to keep him with me as I personally don’t have a garden yet. I seeked out Pet/Vets at home who quoted me a much higher price and couldn’t guarantee his ashes would be an individual cremation as well as they didn’t seem to show any compassion which didn’t give me the comfort I needed so I looked through other options online and found Companions Pet Cremation. Graham made the whole process personal, compassionate and was always in communication with me. Graham informed me of the process and I was so touched to receive his ashes with a personal handwritten card that had very kind words about Manchego as well as some seeds to plant him in. The location also eased my heart as it was a farm surrounded by lots of nature where I felt that Manchego would’ve loved for his final destination. 100% recommend this service and will recommend to family and friends as the service provided showed that all pets are family and will never be forgotten. We were looking after my son’s and wife’s dog Chloe while they were on holiday. Unfortunately she was unwell and passed away in the early hours of Sunday morning, we were distraught and not sure what to do. Having spoken to my son he advised us as to what he wanted for their beloved pet. We found Companions Pet Cremation Services on line and rang them, we spoke to Graham who advised us and agreed to collect our precious Chloe at some stage Sunday morning. He sat and chatted with us, he was very compassionate, caring and definitely has a passion for animals. Graham treated Chloe as if she was his own and took her away giving her the total respect she deserved, he also has a room where you can sit with your pet and reflect on the wonderful loving life they gave you over the years.Three days later he bought her ashes back to us. We would highly recommend Graham, he cremates your pet on their own, he gives your pet a personal service with love and care. We are so happy to have had you look after our Chloe. What can I say? We found pet companions when we had to have our beloved Tyson put too sleep. From picking him up from the vets he was treated as one of their own pets.
