Pricey and service depends on who you see. However, reception staff are very helpful.

We missed our original appointment because my cat had gone out and we couldn't find her. I was able to reschedule and managed to get a cancellation the next day which was very helpful. The vet showed a lot of care for my cat and explained all the options available to me. Overall we were very happy with the visit.

This is the worst vets I’ve been too! I called up (after calling 18 times and being hung up on twice) asking for an appointment to see my dogs eye as it’s infected. The rude receptionist said I would have to book an £110 “emergency appointment” on Friday (a week from now). I explained it sounded like a scam having to pay £110 for an “emergency appointment” when they weren’t seeing my dog urgently and if it sounded like an “emergency” if my dogs eye was serious I wouldn’t be happy waiting that long. Which her response was “go and see the out of hours vets then” (which is a £300 consultation fee). I then proceeded to book the appointment to then be asked to pay the appointment fee upfront? Even though they have cancelled appointments an hour before in the past? I then decided not too and go else where and the receptionist hung up on me? So rude and unprofessional! This vet service has always been poor, you can’t get through to them, they hang up on you, cancel appointments last minute. My last visit they saw my dog for 4 minutes prescribed me £90 medication without even weighing my dog!

The vet (didn’t catch her name she was lovely) and vet nurse Stef were absolutely amazing with my frenchie girl! My girl needed an emergency app after severe vomiting and diarrhoea with blood early morn and I rang first thing and they seen her straight away and explained options for treatment. After a day admitted she was so much better and given a follow up vet check next day and meds and shes on the road to recovery. The level of care and compassion shown to my girly (and myself) made me feel she was really well cared for, they gave her plenty of kisses. My girly seemed to really like them as she wanted to go back in to see them on the follow up.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a vet. Took 3 online enquiries and 2 phone calls to even get hold of a member of staff and arrange an appointment. Vet was 45 minute late to the appointment with no update from reception. A different vet kept letting a dog approach mine despite me making it clear he’s anxious around other animals. When we were finally seen, my dog was so anxious that he was uncontrollably shaking and unable to settle. The vet then muzzled him, which made the situation worse. He has never had to be muzzled before. The vet did not complete a general check up of my dog’s health. Instead, they spent 15 minutes discussing a potential issue with his back leg. When I explained I have autism and ADHD and struggle to process verbal information, she refused to send me it in written format. She also recommended I see a different vet as she presumed I wouldn’t be able to afford treatment. When I contacted the vet she recommended, they told me the package she described didn’t exist. This cost £60 and all it did was traumatise my dog. I have called reception since to request this information - still haven’t received it a month later. Real shame as a lot of people seem to have had a positive experience here.

Charges a £45 deposit to book an appointment. Unacceptable for loyal and reliable customers who have never missed an appointment. Currently looking to change vets.

They are not professional on exporting dog, they know nothing and make my dog delay in uk and blame me!!! Never say sorry, always blame me. Let me lose my dog!!! They don't know the rules on exporting dog and they don't know to give medication in 30 isolation days. I know and I told them, they ignore my suggestion. When the dog was going to depart, they relized the rule and let my dog to isolate another 30 days, but I am going to leave because of my flight. They let me lose my dog.
