We are really happy to have found a great reptile vet close to us. We have 8 snakes, and one arrived with a respiratory infection. Antony has been great at dealing with this for us. The ladies on reception are really helpful. A great vets.

I have just received a very blunt wattsap message from them regarding some worm and flea treatment that I did not pick up on Wednesday as I was at work. I did not even no till the Monday it now has to be ordered in. Not a gentle reminder but this treatment will be removed from your account if not picked up within 48hrs,and will removed from your quarterly allocation!!!!! I could not believe this, very rude.

I always have the greatest respect for all at Companion Care over the past two years my cat household has gone fro seven cats to just two. They are so compassionate in very stressful times and even just an annual visit for check ups they are always caring.

Awful, truly awful, smug service. Wont give your pet the care they need even though it has already been paid for in advance.

The vets are always very thorough and give you great advice. Even though our cats don't like getting in their carriers the vets always put them at ease to make the experience as less stressful aa possible
