Mixed experience. Reasonable customer service but the primary problem is they still have many poor processes and management aren’t interest in listening. For example, we all understand that anti money laundering requirements to identify oneself. Unfortunately their software randomly spits out demands to re-identify clients again and again, which I must have done 8 or 9 more times now. This is laborious and on complaining they always hide behind a spurious claim of 'having an obligation to do so', even after I sent them the government AML requirements showing repeat identification was only required following a change of client circumstance (the flags are really driven by their crude software). Also their mail forwarding service is highly suspect with what I believe are many lost items.
