He probably got fed up with my name and my inquiries towards the Insignia I've bought from these guys. But they were exceptional to deal with from start to finish and even being so afterwards. Brought a car last year and less than 24hrs of buying it I asked if I could return it as there was a noise when turning left. I was told that I couldn’t return it because I signed the paperwork at the dealership even though I thought I had a 14day guarantee which I thought you had with all cars. After the owner said I couldn’t return it I noticed that the car had 4 new doors, new bonnet, new bumper, new side panels which had all been re sprayed. I took it to 2 different garages to be checked and they both said that it looked like it had been involved in a crash which the owner denied. I then went to the seat garage to check the vehicle and that came back with loads of negatives. After 6 long months of hassle I finally got the ombudsman involved and the car has now gone. Also the finance that they went through because my credit score isn’t the best was a company called close brothers, AVOID they are also shocking. None of this is a lie, yes the car was inspected ONCE and the guy from CLOSE BROTHERS (which if you go on the reviews of that company you will see complaints like mine) didn’t notice the fault. So I then took the car to seat garage and they found the fault. Also I wasn’t shown any marks on the car actually and I didn’t see any because both times I saw the car it rained which I now know not to buy a car in the rain. You sold me a car for £10000 which wasn’t even worth half that.

Would not even bother with them, phoned to ask some questions about the car and was just told its on the advert this may be but i wanted to speak to a person and get information that is not on the advert and also the advert may say a set mileage and the photo may show that but it doesnt mean its exactly that due to test drives and other things so i was looking to see if it had changed, asked if i could have someone from AA or RAC come and check the car over and was told they dont allow that, after the reply to my first question and them refusing to allow AA or RAC to check it over i didnt bother with the rest of the question, it straight away that gave me a massive RED FLAG as i have never been refused by any new or used car dealership so this made me think something has to be wrong with the car if they wont allow a professional to check it over first. Oh well thats another sale they have lost. Update: after seing how they responde to the review i can see they twist things in their favour and try to make the customer look wrong. i never requested for it to be taken off site i acrually asked if i could have someone from the AA come to inspect the car. Also i asked what the mileage was and started to state because i know they are sometimes different to what the advert states due to test drive but was cut off before i could finish my question fully.
