After having issues with Sky helpline getting my viewing card setup, my engineer Jack called me yesterday evening to check was ok and then again the following day to make sure it was working. Sky had failed to get me set up and fobbed me off, so Jack took it upon himself to sort himself and he did it immediately. I can’t rate Jack highly enough, was a top lad and very cheerful when fitting my sky and went way above and beyond than he had to to help get me up and running!

Jack messaged the day before with an hour slot window and called precisely at the start of the window to say he was just parking and if we were ok for him to come in. Very professional and courteous service during installation.

Jack Letchford came to home to instal my new Sky Q box. Whilst here I explained to him that I was having issues with my signal from the dish and believed that the location of the dish would have to be move for me to get a good signal. Jack had no issue doing the extra work and went straight out to get his drill. He managed to set up my sky dish on to a wall and now my signal is perfect. I am very pleased with the work and time he provided and would definitely recommend him. 5 star work, effort and attitude.

We had Sky TV installed today by the fab Jack Letchford who was absolutely fantastic! He texted in the morning to confirm our time slot and then rang when he was 5 minutes away from the flat. Our installation was incredibly smooth and quick, we are up and running with SkyQ TV within half an hour. He highlighted where the important information was such as the pin and gave a demo of how to use the remote including voice control and finding the remote if lost! Excellent service from a very lovely guy! Thanks again Jack!
