The consultant was amazing caring & took time explaining my diagnosis to me explaining by drawing pictures I felt this was very caring he explained everything in depth checking I understand it all . He gave me a leaflet on medication blood & xray referrals but was absolutely brilliant . After being diagnosed I felt scared & anxious but today I left feeling confident in my care informed & my appointment was a pleasure with a lovely consultant who spoke from his heart to me ,too often nhs care is criticised my expierence was exceptional . I am now being seen to & on a long road to maintain this painful condition I like personally Thank him for his time today made an emotional 52 year old feel valued cared for & relieved to be honest a true expert in his profession & I will Di anything to be free of this pain in my hands & knees . Thank you
