Needed a new letter box but wasn't sure which one, as the aperture on my very old PVCu door was larger than anything on the website. After a quick email sending all measurements, including the distance between the screw holes on my old fitment, I received a very rapid response to my query along with a link to the item I required. Delivery took quite a long time, but that's because Royal Mail have been on strike. Please use a better carrier, as a poor one can tarnish your reputation. Otherwise, excellent service. Thoroughly recommend.
